Mission Viejo Aquatics Complex

The Mission Viejo Aquatics Complex offers a well-equipped facility for training. Our dive well 25 yards by 25 meters with a depth of 16 feet under the boards with water heated to the mid-80’s year round. We have two 3 Meter Maxiflex Springboards mounted on Concrete Standards, two 1 Meter Maxiflex Springboards mounted on Concrete Standards, one 1 1/2 Meter Maxiflex Springboard, one 0.5 Meter Maxiflex training board, static deck platforms, slide-in apparatus for learning entries and come-out techniques, and standard 5, 7.5, and 10-meter platforms (with Rough-Tex surfaces). We also offer a dry land 1-meter board with spotting apparatus, two trampolines for training and for spotting with Port-A-Pit Spotting Rig, as well as a 20-man Jacuzzi heated to 100 degrees Fahrenheit to keep divers warm year-round. Our pool is also one of the few to have a built-in bubbler machine designed to soften the tension of the water and to provide cushion when learning new dives or skills.

The pool and all equipment are in accordance with FINA rules and regulations for National and International competition. In 2000 we hosted the Junior Olympic Championships and in 2000 and 2004, we served as host to the Senior National Championships.
